Meet the therapist

Denielle Nesbitt, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Hi, I'm Denielle!  I earned my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling in 2020 from Walden University, and since then I've had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults in a variety of settings.

Life is messy. Brains are weird. Often your anxiety is the loudest person in the room, even when no one else is talking. I'm not here to fix you because you're not broken. I'm here to help you untangle the hard stuff, celebrate the wins (even the tiny ones), and laugh when life gets a little weird. I work with kids, teens, and adults, and I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation: honest, supportive, and judgment-free. Show up exactly as you are and I’ll meet you there. If you're looking for someone who is compassionate, down-to-earth, and ready to meet you exactly where you are without judgment then I'm here for you.

No cookie-cutter therapy here! Every session is tailored to you. I blend practical, evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care with a healthy dose of self-care and whole-person wellness. My goal? To help you build real-life tools, find your footing, and feel more like yourself again, not just survive, but thrive.

You don't have to show up with all the answers, the perfect words, or your life magically put together. Just come as you are. I'll meet you with compassion, a little humor, a touch of sarcasm (when it helps), and zero judgment. Together, we'll untangle the hard stuff, celebrate the small wins, and help you feel more like yourself one step at a time.
